RallyUp Medical Scholarship. Debt-free. Purpose-built.

We pay for medical school. In return, doctors spend at least 60%of their clinical hours where they're needed most — in community primary care. The other 40% is theirs, no strings.

The Debt Crisis

Debt steers doctors away from the care America needs.

The RallyUp Scholarship

What we cover, and what we ask.

What we cover

Tuition + fees + insurance$235,827
Living expenses (4 yrs)$100,000
Residency supplement (3 yrs)$45,000
Total invested per physician$380,827

What we ask

60% of clinical hours in a RallyUp-partnered community clinic (minimum 3-year commitment post-residency).

The remaining 40% is completely unrestricted — research, specialty consults, private practice, teaching.

Repayment only triggers — proportionally, not punitively — if a doctor leaves primary care before fulfilling the commitment.

The 10% Non-Billable Commitment

We build real work time into the model.

  • 54% Direct patient care (billable)
  • 36% Other billable (documentation, coordination)
  • 10% Protected non-billable (CME, admin, huddles)
